Panty Party Anyone?

Have you ever been in the freezing cold, not wearing any pants? I know I haven’t. The thought of cold legs and buttocks makes me want to cannonball into a volcano. Anyway, last year, 1,200 people braved the cold and snowstorm and took off their pants to ride the subway for the annual Improv Everywhere No Pants Subway Ride in NYC. This year, 3,000 people embraced the brisk 28 degrees to wave their pants in the air. Wonder if any of them wore apple bottom jeans and boots with the fur…

Starting with only 7 riders in 2002, each year Improv Everywhere entices more and more people in cities all over the world to come out and show off their thongs, panties, boxers and tighty whities. Some may even score a date. The 2010 NYC No Pants Ride took place this past Sunday, January 10. 44 rides in 16 countries across the world participated in the event! I bet they all backed…it…up.

2010 video to come. Stay tuned…

Improv Everywhere causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places. Created in August of 2001 by Charlie Todd, Improv Everywhere has executed over 100 missions involving tens of thousands of undercover agents. The group is based in New York City.
